Purchasing a home has proven to be one of the more stressful life events and again she made everything very easy and enjoyable for us. She is for sure a grinder and was gracious enough to be there for us with all our late night texts and phone call questions. She was understanding about all of our concerns and really listened to us and what we wanted/needed to be done. Ciera is amazing and we would not be able to thank her enough! Our first time home buying experience wasn't going good with another agent we were working with. My husband and I were already giving up our search and were just going to continue renting. My husband and I both decided to let go of our previous agent and give it a try with a different agent. Ciera has always been super easy to get in contact with and always responds right away to any questions, which is why we decided to go with her when looking for a home. She showed us many houses up in Hesperia, and helped us find our dream home. She knew right away the style of home we wanted and set us up with the best options she could find. She didn't rush us or pressure us, just let us decide on our own time and was patient and helpful the whole time.
